Vanby Lodge overlooks the 'Sooth Mooth' (South mouth of the Harbour), this means that every boat that enters the South Harbour will sail past Vanby's window!  You will struggle to leave the armchair with views like these!! 

We spotted an Orca there yesterday but it was so quick we didn't get a photo!
