Shipping policy

Orders will be processed between 2-3 working days (excluding weekends) and will be delivered by Royal Mail or Parcelforce.


UK Shipping

0 to 1kg - £4.00

1kg to 2kg - £6.00

2kg to 5kg - £16.00   

5kg to 10kg - £22.00   

10kg to 20kg - £35.00

Shipping outside of the UK is with Royal Mail International and Parcelforce Worldwide. We have a maximum order weight of 2kg. If you would like to order over this, please contact us. We are more than happy to hear from you.

Please note that as of 01/01/2021, the UK has left the EU and so, orders may incur import tax, duties and related Customs fees for the imports. The cost of these is not covered in any payments you have made to us. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country.

Please Note that as of 01/07/2021, the changes implemented in regard to VAT on European Orders means that if you order from the EU, we will post as normal but your item will be delivered Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). You will have to pay import VAT (and customs duties, if payable) and a handling fee. These charges will depend on your country and the value of the order. This will most likely lead to delays and if you are not prepared to pay the additional charges, we would respectfully suggest that you do not place an order with us.


Collection

Orders can be collected free from The Yarn Store next to Holsas Lodge by appointment only.
