Gordon & Laura Birss – 11th to 25th June 2022

How wonderful to be back in Shetland, especially in Cunningsburgh and every more special to be in Aithsetter. So, so many precious memories have come flooding back while we have been here. It has also been good to spend time with lots of good friends. The weather wasn’t great but we had so many people to visit that it didn’t really matter. We did manage to see lots of Tammie Norries at Sumburgh Head and get to favourite places like the Hams of Muckle Roe and the beach at Sandsound.

We have loved being at Holsas and hope to be back. It has been such a lovely, peaceful base and we feel truly blessed to have been able to be here for two wonderful weeks. You have worked so hard to make Holsas a really home from home.

Thank you for everything.
