Our delicious Aister Beef has been successful in winning a 1 Star Award in the Great Taste Awards 2022!  

Born and raised in Shetland, slowly reared in our Byre and on our fields - taken up the road (10 miles) to the Abattoir, processed by our Butcher friend and then back down the road - low carbon footprint, low food miles, slow food - what's not to like!

We are pleased to launch our newest product - Shetland Kale Seed from our very own Croft in Aister!   It's taken a while to get the seeds planted, grown, collected, dried, harvested and then properly tested and approved but at last we can start selling and indeed planting our own seeds!  The packet label was designed and drawn by our Daughter - Kayleigh - isn't it smart?!
